Privacy Policy

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form or by emailing us:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The content of your message

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioural fingerprinting on this site. For aggregate visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites.

3. Why we collect it

Your data is used solely to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and discuss your project
  • Send you a custom quote or proposal if requested
  • Provide ongoing support if you become a client

We will never use your data to send unsolicited marketing, newsletters, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are processed on European servers (EU region) under our control. Your data stays within the European Economic Area and is fully GDPR-compliant.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your contact data only as long as needed to handle your request. If you don't become a client, your data is deleted within 12 months. Active clients' data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory retention period required by Maltese commercial law.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing or restrict it
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt)

To exercise any of these rights, email leo.boucher@telosflow.org. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies. The only analytics we run is Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool that measures aggregate traffic (such as page views and approximate country) without storing cookies, tracking you across sites, or collecting any personal data. The only data you personally send us is what you choose to submit via the contact form.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
